Janie Selby, Founder of Grace Associates, LLC. I am a certified professional coach and anger management facilitator. My passion is to work with businesses and individuals to help you align your goals and stren gths to create successful outcomes. I have the perfect blend of real-life experience and professional training in the areas of resiliency, transition, problem solving, and leadership coaching.

Training and Experience: I draw on more than 28 years of industry, management, executive management and coaching experience. I excel in helping businesses, organizations and individuals achieve clarity, alignment and high levels of success.
Formal Training includes, a Bachelors of Science Degree, Portland State University; Leading and Managing People, Columbia University, Graduate School of Business; Licensed and Certified in New Life Story; Certified Professional Coach, IFC Accredited Program; Certified Anger Management Facilitator; Workshop Facilitation and Training; Curriculum Development. I am a published author of numerous articles, techn ical documents, training manuals and workshop materials.

Karen Kleinwort.I am the founder and co-creative director of Therapy in Transition, as well as a Life and Business Transition, Crisis and Change Management Facilitator. My professional background includes a combination of experiences in both the public and private business business sectors and I have worked in businesses that have been start ups through to 1000-plus employees.
I think my background which includes the health, automotive and educational industries I "get" what it means to put your heart and soul into your passion and work to see it come to full completion.
I never thought working at a boat marina, health & fitness club or at a financial investment firm would all come together and actually support me in following my own heart and passion but it does. Looking back, every position I ever held, no matter how odd it seemed at the time, supports me today in successfully supporting my clients..

Sandra K. Parks, CPC/CAMF. I live just outside Portland with my husband and two children. I am a certified professional coach and anger management facilitator and the founder of Parks Life Coaching. I draw on my years of experience both personally and professional in supporting others on their road to self discovery and empowerment. I specialize in the areas of organizations, work-life balance and life transitions.
