Clearing Unresolved Matters
Like the hard drive on a computer, once the information of our lives is entered into our brain it's always there. The difference is, many of the things on the hard drive of our brain linger as "unresolved matters" rather than serving as valuable lessons and wisdom.
These matters can include the time your friend or relative commented on your looks or weight, the educational degree not completed, the business meeting you have been meaning to set up, organizing the garage, shifting your daughter's bedroom to a guest room after your daughter left home, writing your business plan, the rift in a relationship, organizing the closest in the hall, making your dental appointment. They range from significant to minor things in our life that zap our energy, take up space and provide no value.
Don't let unresolved matters zap your energy and keep you from achieving what's really important to you. Begin today to clear away your unresolved matters. Practice Opportunity
Steps to Get Clear of Unresolved Matters

"Before I met Janie, I had been on a quest for quite some time to determine what career path was the right one for me. In only one session - our very first one - her coaching style and techniques guided me right to the perfect fit. That was in the beginning of November. By the end of November, I found a professional education program for my field of choice. In January, I began their six month course and am absolutely certain I have found my calling! Had it not been for my work with Janie, who knows how long it would have taken me to get to where I am today? I am eternally grateful for her commitment to collaborating with her clients to achieve their desired goals. Thank you, Janie!"

Sometimes our lives can look like our teenagers bedroom--Unresolved matters are those nagging things that keep us from living in the present and zap our energy. They include matters from our past and things in our present that we are not tending to. We linger on and ponder over these things in our mind. Unresolved matters keep us distracted and deny us the opportunity to live in the present moment and be creative.
